Abstract (German)	In this project, DomoSafety and its research partners will develop an innovative service targeted at monitoring patients with neurological disorders in their own homes. This will allow the elderly to remain at home or return to these familiar environments after a period of hospitalization, when previously they would have been required to remain in a professional health care facility.
