Résumé des résultats (Abstract)
(Allemand)
The competitive advantage of SimplicityBio in biomarker discovery lies on its advanced methodology and its incarnation as a computational tool:|the Biomarker Discovery Platform. To maintain and reinforce such advantage, the proposed project intends to develop, implement and test two|main target subsystems: a major extension to the current modelling methodology so as to substantially reinforce the selection of biomarker panels|and a novel set of visualization methods to improve the user experience for navigating through the models and their performances.
