Résumé des résultats (Abstract)
(Allemand)
There is no efficient topical pharmacotherapy for delayed wound healing in corticosteroid treated patients. A topical agent encouraging re-epithelialization would address this unmet need. There is evidence that CS induce delayed wound healing. Recent studies have shown that spironolactone limits epidermal and corneal atrophy and accelerates wound healing; however its low aqueous solubility makes its topical use very difficult. ApidSOL formulation would overcome this problem.
