The purpose of the project is to develop a Talent Management (TM) Framework for Swiss companies in the MEM industry in China. Building on state of the art in literature we address shortcomings in todays¿ solutions (such as inclusion of cultural issues, counterproductive effects, mobility and leadership challenges). Using empirical research we design a TM framework and building blocks for successful Talent Management tailored to cultural and structural context in China.
