Abstract (German)

ARCADIA intends to deliver one or two formulations of natural compounds targeting specific nuclear receptors. The product will be identified among the vegetarian part of the human nutrition, as well as among officinal plants, and should constitute a part of the daily diet. The rational in silico screening in synergy with in vitro testing and formulation optimization will ensure a valid and innovative approach to reach the ultimate goal.
