Large-area metasurfaces for planar light management
Abstract
(German)
Metasurfaces are planar arrays of nanoscale photonic resonators, which can tailor the light wave front beyond very well established paradigms known from refraction or diffraction. The aim of this project is to evaluate if industrially assessable meta-surfaces with adequate performance profile are feasible. This should give a first insight if applications in lighting- or light harvesting area are feasible.
