Abstract

Wearable electronics, e.g. car keys, paging devices, localisation devices often need to transmit wirelessly information over a certain distance, typically up to 300 m. This short wireless link has in most situation a low data rate, but needs to be robust, meaning that the link should be sucessfull in all situation in order to provide reliable distance and location measurement. In this project efficient Ultra Wide Band antennas ensuring this robustness will be developed.
