The Task Force Dealing with the Past and Prevention of Atrocities (TF DWP&PA) is currently implementing its 2014-2016 strategy. In order to prepare the 2017-2020 strategy, it is foreseen that the TF DWP&PA undergoes an external evaluation, covering the period 2012-2016. The overall objective of the evaluation is to: assess the relevance, effectiveness, effectivity and impact of the TF DWP&PA’s bilateral and multilateral initiatives since the last evaluation (2011), taking into account the main recommendations formulated at that time; assess the pertinence, effectivity, governance and impact of this pilot structure for the FDFA; elaborate recommendations regarding institutional issues, goals and expected results for the forthcoming phase.
