Banking of human antibody repertoires for therapeutic use

Abstract (German)

MemoMAB is a technology enabling cost and time-effective molecular cloning and expression of the complete antibody repertoire from any type of B cell. The project goals are|(a) a robust MemoMAB process for human B-cells based on the established process for rabbit B cells,|(b) the use of this process for discovery of a preclinical mAb candidate for an infectious disease target, and (c) to establish a proprietary library of human antibody repertoires of clinically selected donors.
