Abstract (Englisch)	The goal of this project is to develop air/oxygen/carbon dioxide gas mixers for miniature biological incubators used with light microscopes. Measurement of CO2 and O2 concentrations inside the incubator (for mixer control) are an important part of the project and represent a USP for the exploitation partner. Sensing patches for the two gases will be optimized for the relevant conditions, together with their respective colorimetric and fluorescent miniature optical readers.
