Der Wirtschaft mangelt es an Fachkräften. Ein Ansatz, die Knappheitssituation zu überwinden, ist die bessere Ausschöpfung der älteren Erwerbsbevölkerung bzw. der Ageing Workforce. Mit dem Projekt soll eine Beratungs-methodik mit Praxisleitfaden und Matching-Konzept entwickelt werden, die Unternehmen darin unterstützt, brachliegendes Potenzial in der Ageing Workforce im Detail zu erfassen, gezielt weiterzuentwickeln und gewinnbringend zu nutzen.
