In the lab, perovskite solar cells reach efficiencies beyond 20%. However, these highly efficient cells are small|and degrade rapidly. This project addresses both issues to bring this promising photovoltaic technology from|the lab to the market. Novel perovskite materials with improved stability as well as industrially-compatible layer|deposition, scribing and encapsulation processes will be used to develop efficient and stable perovskite|modules with a size of up to 900 square centimeter.
