Résumé des résultats (Abstract)
(Allemand)
In vitro neurobiological models are the most valuable tools to validate brain drug efficacy and toxicity before clinical trials. Pharma companies have a great need to access new technologies to improve the read-outs from in vitro screenings. Recent advances in active and dense multielectrode arrays based on CMOS technology offer an opportunity to pharmas. Here we aim at achieving an innovative platform with high-density electrical transducers adapted for parallel read-outs from neuronal networks, as required for high-throughput industrial application.
