Seit 1949 unterstützt die Schweiz den Sitz des Internationalen Komitees vom Roten Kreuz (IKRK) mit finanziellen Beiträgen. Dies ist die erste unabhängige Evaluation der mit dem Sitzbeitrag verbundenen Partnerschaft zwischen EDA/DEZA und IKRK. Ziel der Evaluation ist es zu bestimmen, inwiefern die Ziele des Schweizer Sitzbeitrags an das IKRK erreicht wurden, sowie zukunftsorientierte Empfehlungen zu entwickeln. Die Evaluation berücksichtigt Aktivitäten, die im Rahmen dieser Partnerschaft zwischen 2013 und 2016 durchgeführt wurden.

Switzerland has given financial contributions to the headquarters of the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) since 1949. This is the first independent evaluation of this funding partnership between the FDFA/SDC and the ICRC. The evaluation's objective is to determine to what extent the Swiss contribution to the ICRC HQ has realized the goals of the partnership and to develop forward-looking recommendations. The evaluation considers activities undertaken as part of the funding partnership from 2013 to 2016, as they relate to the ICRC HQ.

La Suisse a donné des contributions financières au siège du Comité international de la Croix rouge (CICR) depuis 1949. Il s'agit de la première évaluation indépendante de ce partenariat entre le DFAE/la DDC et le CICR. L'objectif de l'évaluation est de déterminer dans quelle mesure les objectifs du partenariat lié aux contributions au siège ont été atteints et de développer des recommandations prospectives. L'évaluation prend en compte les activités mises en œuvre dans le cadre du partenariat lié aux contributions entre 2013 et 2016.
