STR001 is a drug that Strekin aims to develop for the treatment of hearing loss. Damage to sensory hair cells in the inner ear is a primary cause of sensorineural hearing loss. The proposed drug has been shown to activate a target that favorably affects pathways implicated in hearing health. In this project, we conduct translational preclinical research of STR001 to enable fast entry into clinical development and value creation.
