Abstract
(German)
Lever topologies (LETOP) for gravimetric sensors|The purpose of this feasibility study is to explore new lever topologies for magnetic force restoration (MFR)|sensors, in order to improve their performance and keep or reduce manufacturing costs. Performance is|defined by settling time and reproducibility as well as robustness against environmental influences such as|vibration, heat and pressure.
