This project aims at developing an autonomous smart watchband powered through flexible photovoltaic cells. The resulting smartband will offer ultra-low power wireless communication features, energy generation, storage capabilities and display notification. The project results will permit traditional watchmakers to enter the segment of connected watches by offering them the platform to build their own digital application in agreement with the brand's DNA.
