ROBANT: Robust Wearable antennas for security missions

Abstract (German)

Wireless Body Area Networks (W-BAN) play an important role in today's wireless communication scene, with|numerous applications ranging form medical to security over sports, fashion and consumer goods. Antennas|are a key part to the quality of such links. In this project, we plan to study and design pre-industrial wearable|antennas dedicated to security communications (police, firemen, etc.) The antennas should be robust to the|environment, wearer and position of the users.
