Abstract (Deutsch)	The aim of the project is to develop highly competitive high performance silicon solar cell and module\|technologies, delivering module power above 350 W at competitive cost. This second generation of the\|heterojunction technology will target solar cells efficiency above 24%. The new process and tools\|developed in the framework of this project will allow Meyer Burger to be the first equipment supplier for such\|a technology, mastering the complete photovoltaic process chain from wafer sawing to module\|encapsulation and characterization.
