Résumé des résultats (Abstract)
(Allemand)
Many in vitro diagnostic (IVD) techniques require extensive and labourious processing of biological fluids for the assessment of low biomarker concentrations. The long time to results (several hours) and laborious processing complicate diagnostics in time-critical situations. Silicon nanowire sensors have the potential to overcome the time constraints and fill a gap for fast diagnostics that are strongly required especially in emergency situations.
