Simplifying ELISA with individually addressable multiwells (I¿AM ELISA)
Abstract
(German)
Demonstrate feasibility of the new IAM (Individually Addressable Multiwell) consumable as a novel ELISA testing solution for clinical diagnostics and academic research purposes. IAM is fully compatible with the existing detection techniques and liquid handling tools, but offers a potential for shorter hands-on times, reduced reagents/sample consumption, therefore contributing to lower costs and higher efficiency. In addition, its unique design allows for a versatile experimental design, in which different combinations of targets and samples can be tested at once, due to parallelism and multiplexing capabilities of the system.
