G-protein coupled receptors (GPCR) are the target of close to half of marketed drugs. Growing|awareness that a single GPCR can govern multiple response pathways has opened the door|for the next generation of GPCR therapeutics that act as differentiated drugs. We combine cell signaling excellence and industrial drug development experience to build an innovative GPCR platform to radically refine molecule development for key pharmaceutical targets, and apply the|platform to discover first-in-class small molecule therapeutics for Diabetes.
