Dieses Projekt dient der Entwicklung und Erprobung eines neuartigen Verpflegungsmodells. Hierzu wird ein  für die Bedürfnisse von Patienten und Spitalverantwortlichen abgestimmter Frühstückswagen entwickelt. Das neue Modell zielt auf eine Imagesteigerung, Kosten-, Zeit- und Ressourceneffizienz-Verbesserung im Vergleich zur heutigen, konventionellen (Frühstücks-) Verpflegung.
