Résumé des résultats (Abstract)
(Allemand)
Our goal is to identify the key molecular target(s) responsible for the tissue damage observed in acute T cell-mediated inflammatory diseases (aTMID). Cytotoxic immune cells have been shown to play a pivotal role in the pathogenesis of aTMID. These cells exert their cytotoxic activities via effector proteins. Amongst them granulysin has been shown to play a central role. We aim at identifying potential synergies between granulysin and other putative effector proteins.
