The tracking and traceability of objects is becoming more and more important in the fields of logistics and asset monitoring. The new tracking solution to be developed in this project, exploiting low-level information about GSM antennas and Wi-Fi hotspots, should lead to a 50 ¿ 100 meter accuracy in urban areas, and include a certified flight mode to make it the first, truly universal low-cost tracking solution for international shipments and asset tracking in real-time.
