Es soll eine in vitro Plattform entwickelt werden, mit der es möglich ist, geeignete kosmetische Wirkstoffkandidaten in Hinblick auf eine zu erwartende inflammatorische Antwort sowie eine Kollagen-steigernde Wirkung in der menschlichen Haut zu testen. Das Modell soll Anhand der Entwicklung eines dafür besonders geeigneten Wirkstoff-Kandidaten entwickelt und validiert werden.
