Abstract (Deutsch)

Due to high costs, data load and complexity that accompany next gen sequencing (NGS) analyses of genetic disorders, computer-aided follow-up of the sample-result flow is now a necessity. This project targets a complete NGS software package, covering all aspects from sample management to data interpretation with a proof-of-principle focus on the biomedically relevant NGS applications: gene expression and genetic variant profiling for diabetes and other endocrine disorders.|
