Abstract
(German)
The goal of this project is to extend the range of commercial application for micropost array technology by|developing a fully-automatic micropost imaging platform, which addresses the customer need of analytical|throughput, reliability and a high standard quality level. It will include specialised hardware control for micropost imaging and an extended image analysis framework extracting mechanobiological information from singlecells based on the ¿MechProfiler¿ software from a previous CTI project.
