Abstract (Deutsch)	Femtosecond laser sources are used in cold ablation manufacturing processes. Process throughput is strongly\|dependant on the laser source pulse energy and repetition rate. In the Femtopower project, a laser source of\|ultrashort femtosecond pulses will be developed with very high average power and pulse energy.
