Abstract (Deutsch)

Die Entwicklung und Erprobung von Produkten zur Förderung informeller Kommunikation zwischen räumlich verteilten Standorten ist zentrales Projektziel. Die Produkte zeichnen sich durch aufeinander abge-stimmte Möbelelemente und Videokommunikationstechnologie aus. Erweitertes Ziel ist die erfolg-reiche Implementierung von Orten virtuell-informeller Kommunikation (OVIKs), die auf den entwickelten Produk-ten basieren. Eine Guideline enthält Empfehlungen für die Gestaltung und Einführung von OVIKs

Abstract (Englisch)

The development and evaluation of products supporting informal communication between distributed locations represents the major objective of the project. Products contain elements of furniture fitting to components of videocommunication technology. As an enhanced objective we will implement ¿places for vitual-informal communication¿ (OVIKs) based on the developed products. A guideline with recommend-dations for the design and introduction of OVIKs will be provided as well.
