The project goal is to detect, to identify, to localize at a precision of a few meters and to monitor an animal|in the wild. An animal friendly none-invasive technique is used. Acoustic inputs allow to identify the species|and an accurate clock allows to localize it reliably from a distance of >1km. The threatened corncrake is|the study case. The autonomous device will be used for all kind of animal monitoring.
