Résumé des résultats (Abstract)
(Allemand)
G protein-coupled receptors (GPCRs) are the single largest class of validated drug targets. Current|approaches in GPCR drug development led to significant failure rates and no successful novel chemical|entities (NCEs) to multiple high-value GPCR targets. G7 Therapeutics in collaboration with the University of|Zurich will apply its CHESS technology to identify and visualize the interaction of NCEs with GPCR targets of|clinical importance in order to create better medication.
