Résumé des résultats (Abstract)
(Allemand)
We have identified a protein-protein interaction as a novel therapeutic target in colon cancer and screened approx. 380'000 compounds from different libraries of chemically diverse, drug-like molecules. 39 hits (IC50 1-20ìM) were confirmed in two independent assays. This feasibility study is to assess the binding properties of these compounds by surface plasmon resonance and/or isothermal titration calorimetry, as a basis to raise seed-funding for hit-to-lead optimization.
