Im Projekt wird die Technologie für eine wirtschaftliche Polykultur der drei hochwertigen Produkte Edelkrebs, Äsche und Wasabi/Brunnenkresse erarbeitet. Edelkrebse und Äschen sind ein Novum in der intensiven Aquakultur. Aufgrund der mehrfach gesteigerten Beckenauslastung erzielt dieses Verfahren eine erhöhte Wertschöpfung pro Anlagenfläche. Das komplette Produktionssystem soll Franchising-Partnern auf dem europäischen Markt angeboten werden.
