Das Ziel dieser Machbarkeitsstudie ist die Identifikation externer Konditionen (z.B. weiche oder sensomotorische Oberfläche) welche die Beckenbodenmuskulatur bei Gehen oder Stehen verstärkt aktivieren. Aufgrund dieser Informationen wird in einem Folgeprojekt eine Einlegesohle entwickelt, welche in Kombination mit einem weichen Schuh einen Trainingseffekt auf die Beckenbodenmuskulatur hat und daher als Therapieansatz bei Harninkontinenz für postnatale Frauen dienen kann.
