Short description (English)	Small molecule inhibitors of FZD7 Receptor (Frizzled 7) for treatment of triple negative breast cancer
Abstract (English)	This project represents an approach towards a first-in-class treatment of Triple Negative Breast Cancer (TNBC). AIDD together with UNIL and UNIGE will target small molecule inhibitors of the FZD7 receptor, a novel target for the treatment of TNBC. Assay development and high throughput screening followed by a small molecule optimization process will generate a proof of concept data package capable of attracting partners from the pharmaceutical industry.
