Das zu entwickelnde Referenzmodell für relevante nicht-medizinische Supportprozesse in Spitälern beinhaltet ein Prozessmodell, eine abgestimmtes Kennzahlenmodell und eine umfassende Applikationsübersicht. Dies bildet die Grundlage für ein IT-gestütztes Assessmenttool und ein entsprechendes Einführungshandbuch. Mit diesen beiden Produkten können die Wirtschaftspartner zukünftig FM-Prozesse und entspr. IT-Applikationen in Spitälern systematisch analysieren und einführen.
