The aim is to develop injectable biodegradable microspheres for steady state release of biological molecules over a few months for in situ soft tissue regeneration. The innovation applies to offer natural and non-surgical procedures for:|1) reconstructive applications: correction of congenital and acquired deformation (e.g post-traumatic sequela, post-cancer treatment, congenital atrophie); and|2) aesthetic indications such as facial rejuvenation
