Abstract (German)	The goal of this CTI project is to develop and validate appropriate composite materials and geometries for protective structures to allow flying robots to sustain collisions at high velocities when being used in the vicinity of obstacles. Challenges lie in the optimization of weight, impact resistance, aerodynamics and manufacturability. This will enable new applications for drones in inspection and rescue missions.
