Abstract (German)

DNAwatch is a covert marking solution which allows immediate authentication of luxury watches for anti-counterfeiting purposes. It consists of integrating to finished sapphire watch glasses a transparent nano-photonic structure able to glow visible light only when subjected to commercial UV source (as for bank-notes). DNAwatch is very hard to duplicate and simple to use. It is designed to fit all Swiss luxury watch brands as sapphire glass is the industry standard.
