Der technologische Vorteil inkrementeller Umformprozesse wird industriell nur ungenügend genutzt, da für diese Prozesse weder geeignete Planungssysteme noch adaptive Prozesskontrollen existieren. Im Rah-men des Projektes werden mit den special-purpose Planungstool spinPlan und dem direkt auf der Anla-ge installierten adaptiven Qualitätsüberwachungssystem spinGuard diese Schwachstellen behoben.
