Short description (English)	Prototyping of piezoelectric thin film based, implantable micro-transducer for hearing aids: Advanced Bionics AG
Abstract (English)	After successful establisment of PZT coated Ti diaphragms, and their packaging, this project aims at increasing the AC voltage range, and testing stability and reliability of test structures and prototypes. The self-poling of PZT films will be particularly investigated.
