Short description (English)

Switzerland mandates an external, formative evaluation to evaluate the North Africa and West Asia Transformation Program 2010-2014 (NAWAT). The program has been implemented in cooperation with the Cordoba Foundation of Geneva since November 2010. The evaluation will be carried out in January and February 2015. The final report is expected for March 30, 2015 and is expected to produce recommendation for the design of the next phase of NAWAT and for the steering of the projects. The evaluation will be carried out in accordance with the evaluation standards of the OECD-DAC and the Swiss Evaluation Society (SEVAL).
