Résumé des résultats (Abstract) (Anglais)	We describe the development of a novel class of immunomodulating drugs derived from the human leukocyte family (HLA). We demonstrate that HLA molecules modulate the immune system by boosting anti-tumor immunity. Our focus on the discovery and development of novel immunomodulating drugs for cancer treatment opens other potential therapeutic applications so as infectious diseases and immunodeficiency disorders.
