Inhibitory therapeutics of Death Receptor 3 (DR3) for treatment of autoimmune disorders

Abstract (German)

The project is a multi-faceted approach towards identification of a novel treatment of autoimmune disorders such as IBD and RA. AIDD, in collaboration with UNIGE, will identify small molecule inhibitors of Death Receptor 3 (DR3) using an innovative combined biosensor - fragment screening - nanobody screening approach. The output of this project will be a series of first family hit DR3 inhibitors demonstrating promise for further optimization towards drug candidates.
