Abstract
(German)
PolyVinylChloride (PVC) pre-coated steel has many applications (doors, panels, marine furniture, appliances, etc.) providing aesthetic and functional futures. PVC film ensures corrosion protection, durability, aesthetic features and flame retardancy. So far, PVC films has covered 100% of this market mainly because of its intrinsic flame resistance. The project aims to develop a halogen free flame retarded PP film as environmental friendly alternative to PVC.
