New process for the natural decaffeination of tea - development of a prototype process: MIP: Infré SA

Abstract (German)

This project is a continuation of the CTI project 11470.1 PFLS-LS A new method to naturally decaffeinate tea. It aims at developing and assembling a process prototype for the natural de-caffeination of tea, that can serve as a blueprint for an industrialization of the process for the main implementation partner Infré. The implementation partner Ferrum will develop new tailormade centrifuges for prototype, pilot and potential industrial scale.
