Abstract (German)

Development of an ammonia generator for the selective catalytic reduction of marine engine exhaust to enable the design of compact exhaust gas aftertreatment systems which could be fitted into a wide range of ship designs.|The proposed novel ammonia generator would replace the bulky evaporation and mixing section in SCR systems, which today is an obstruction in ship design and requires every exhaust system to be custom engineered to the ship design if possible at all.||
