Die Überwachung von Medikamentenspiegel im Blut von Patienten, denen ein Organ bzw. hämatopoetische Stammzellen transplantiert wurde, ist wichtig. Wir beabsichtigen Lateral-flow basierte Immunoassays zu entwickeln, mit denen Immunsuppressiva ambulant mit dem Quantum Blue(R) LF Reader oder direkt vom Patienten mit einem Smartphone gemessen werden können. Die resultierenden Messwerte werden drahtlos in das Laborinformationssystem des Spitals zur QS übermittelt.
