Dieses Projekt ist eine Ergänzung zu dem CCEM Antrag im Anhang, und beschreibt lediglich den Forschungsanteil der ZHAW. Durch die Modellierung der optischen Eigenschaften der neu entwickelten transparenten Elektroden können die Streueigenschaften optimiert werden. Dies ermöglicht eine Effizienzsteigerung der Solarzellen bis zu 20%. Eine Analyse der Verlustmechanismen liefert die optimale Auslegung der elektrischen Verbindungen in Solarmodulen.

Short description (English)

This project proposal is an amendment to the CCEM proposal in the appendix and only describes the research part of ZHAW within the CCEM proposal. By modeling the optical properties of the newly developed large area transparent conductors the light scattering in these layers can be optimized to enhance the solar cell efficiency by up to 20%. For solar cell modules, a loss analysis will be carried out to find the optimum interconnection concepts.
